Accessibility
I want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, whatever device, browser, or assistive technology you’re using.
Last reviewed: 9 April 2026.
Standard I’m aiming for
This site targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. I treat this as an ongoing commitment rather than a finished box to tick.
What’s in place
- Semantic, structured HTML so the content makes sense to screen readers
- Full keyboard navigation, with visible focus states on interactive elements
- Respect for your system preference for reduced motion (
prefers-reduced-motion) - Colour contrast chosen to remain legible in the light theme
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
Found a barrier?
If something gets in your way, or you need content in a different format, I’d genuinely like to hear about it. Send a note through the contact form with the page and what went wrong, and I’ll do my best to put it right.
