Ways I can help
Advisory & Strategy
Straight answers on DeepSeek, Qwen, Chinese robotics and where AI fits in what you're building, from an early decision to something already shipping.
Cross-border Insights
A Chinese team finding its footing in Western markets, or a Western one working with China. I've worked in both directions.
Speaking & Events
Keynotes, panels and workshops on Chinese technology, AI, robotics and what it takes to work across markets.
Media & Commentary
Interviews, background briefings and expert commentary on Chinese AI, robotics and the technology ecosystem around them.
Just a question
No project, no agenda: you read something here and want to compare notes or get a straight answer. Reason enough to write.
