- You're weighing DeepSeek, Qwen or another piece of Chinese technology and want a straight answer on capability, risk and fit, before you commit.
- AI-native build or advisory
- Scoping or shipping something where AI is core to how it works — or a focused second opinion on a direction before you bet on it.
- Going global, either way
- A Chinese team finding its footing in Western markets, or a Western one moving the other way. I've worked both directions.
- Just a question
- No project, no agenda — you read something here and want to compare notes or get a straight answer. Reason enough to write.
